    Default my 510

hey everyone, my 510 is giving me problems lately. I got it last saturday. the first atty that i used was great, good throat hits nice vapor, very consistent. Well that atomizer died on Wednesday, and ive been using a new one since. This atty doesn't seem to be quite as consistent. Not getting very satisfying hits, and sometimes it has a horrible taste. It's not primer fluid, cause i def got thru that at first. But now the hits are weak, and not very flavorful. Anyone else have a problem similiar to this?

Yes. I started using a new atty because I switched flavors and it was fine for the first say 20 puffs but all of a sudden I had this nasty taste when I vaped. I figured it was primer left in there. I'm going to clean it under hot running water and try it again later.

Hmmm ... of course some atties don't last long, but your first one should have lasted you a bit longer. What did it die from? Maybe that can help solving your current problem.

A metallic taste I only ever get when I forget to keep mine filled with liquid.

Vote in the polls, vapers, we need numbers!

Joye 510 attys are a problem for many people and I wish they had better quality control! I recommend you email the supplier you bought it from and tell them you want to return it. Sorry you're having this problem.

Omg...me too! I wanted to post this same question but as a new member here I don't have enough posts to so.

My VERY first 510 came with 2 attys and I still have them. They work GREAT (easy draw and perfect taste)! I have since gotten several new spares (just in case/backup) and they draw harder, less vapor and poorer taste. I changed out the carts and juice to pinpoint the problem and its the attys. They must have changed something in manufacturing....

I read that 510's are flavor killers and with the new attys I have to agree BUT my old attys are the exception. I just ordered (though I don't need it) another 510 kit from a different site and will get it on monday hoping that the attys in kits may be different....waste of money, perhaps but should they work like my old ones then I'll put them in a safety deposit box.

Who knows maybe buying spares are not as good as the ones in kits...silly I know but I will be finding out soon enough.

I put one of mine in straight white vinegar for about 5 minutes, and stirred it around. Then rinsed it really well with distilled water, blew it out and used a hair dryer to dry it out. Worked well for me. Go Steelers!

yea, i got them at litecigusa.net. they're straight crap. the first atty was a stainless steel one, and it worked real well right up until died(about 5 days later). the other 2 black ones that came with the kit, so far no good.
