    Default Blank Cartridge Cores

I have noticed a few times now that after filling my blank cartridges I get no vapor (like a dead or clogged atomizer).
After inspection ( I pulled out the material in the cartridge),
I found what seems to be "glue" or maybe the "material" has been burnt together, near the mouthpiece.

It makes it impossible to get anything out of it, so if you think maybe your atomizer has gone "dead" try pulling out the stuffing in the cart and make sure there is no "glue" at the end.

So far I have only found this to happen on the blank cartridges.

I think all the empty cores have glue to hold the stuffing in.. but if you fill them really full of liquid.. it should not affect your pull or vapor. I use them and have no problems. You could always restuff your own (then no glue)... see restuffing video by terraphon.

    You mean like this?

This is a pen style cartridge and doesn't fit a 901 so I trimmed off the glue with a razor blade, cut the stuffing in half and used it in two empty 901 cartridges. Yeah, I wouldn't want to breath melted glue or chance getting it melted to the atomizer.
