I was really lucky when I started no headaches, ulcers or even dry mouth which a lot of people seem to get.

Lips can get a bit dry but that is about it.

I've gotten a couple of ROCKING headaches and felt like I was going to puke once from over-vaping.

    That's about it, though.

Tropical Bob, Silver, Katink, Dnakr are some of the few who have been vaping a year or more, Iken. None of them have mentioned any bad symptoms associated with vaping yet. Katink was experiencing low lung capacity before quitting smoking and now, with vaping as a substitute, she has much better lung function.

Hey Kate. Yeah, I was hoping one of them might of chime in. I wonder if any of them had any x-rays done as well. No news is good news, right?

I think that's right, no news IS good news. We know that vaping makes us feel better in the short term and those people are coming up to what might be called medium term without known problems so it's a good sign.

ok...so we got the units in today! Holy Moley that was fast, but anyway-
Is it normal to cough like a crazy person at first? My husband does have a smoker's cough, but when he dragged on this...wow, he was bright red & linda scary. I seem to get a tickle, but not too much more...

It's perfectly normal to cough a bit at first.

I still have times where I get a really harsh throat hit, after almost 3 weeks of vaping, but it's few and far between.

You just learn how to drag on it, and learn what flavors are smoothest.

It takes a couple days, but you'll soon start preferring the taste over analogs if you're anything like me.

Try taking a drink of something first. I had the cough thing the first day and drinking something first solved it and by the next day the cough thing was gone.
