Default 30 to 40 a day What Juice?

I currently smoke between 30/40 cigs a day and was wondering what strength juice I should opt for to stave off the cravings.

    Many Thanks

I smoked 3 packs a day, down to 1. I vape 16mg high, and cut it with glycerine at a 5 to 1 ratio. 5 parts juice to 1 vegetable glycerine. Doing this took the harshness out of the hit.

I would either get 24MG OR get 36 and get some 11MG to cut it with in case it gives you a headache.

Thing is,.. you will find u vape way more than u smoke in the beginning when u r dropping analogs... and when u vape constantly.. 36 will DEFINITELY give the headache and the shakes.

First off thanks for the quick responses

I have a couple of bottles of 36mg on order so I think I will let one down to 24mg and see how I get on with that

I'm a cigar smoker myself, and each cigar has about an ounce of tabacco which equates to about 14-17 mg of nicotine per cigar (according to cancer.org). Granted that it doesn't hit you all at once, but if I smoke one or two cigars in a day, that's a lot of nicotine resulting in me having a high tolerance for nicotine.

Now that I vape way more than smoke stogies, I use 24mg juice and that gets me more than enough buzzed. So don't over do it. Spikey's suggestion to get varying levels is an excellent one!

Vaping 36mg eliquid is like smoking a cig a minute.

Get some low or zero for constant use and use a little high when you get cravings. If you constantly vape high you'll either get sick or raise your tolerance, then you'll need more for the same effect.

11mg is close to a cig puff for puff apparently.

I disagree with most of the forum members who checked in. 36+mg is what you need to start with. I smoked only 20-30 per day, and I find that 36mg is just fine. I have no side effects and have been smoke free for nearly a week, and I vape pretty heavily.

What is it you disagree with?

How many mg of nicotine do you reckon you're getting a day Breakfast?
