Glad to hear things are going well for you newer folks, congrats. Sounds like you're doing great. Don't feel a need to fall into OMG RELAPSE! if you have an analog puff, just keep using your ecig and all will be well.

Definitely keep a couple extra atomizers. I've have more than one crap out on a bad day and I'm not the only such victim. We've got a lot of good sellers in addition to Puresmoker so don't trap yourself waiting on them or anyone else.

    Best wishes.

Surprisingly enough, no, I don't have cravings anymore. I was the opposite though. I forced myself to smoke the ecig in the morning. It helped that I still had my coffee . I would smoke real cigarettes on the way to work though. I would use the ecig when I felt that I could have a real cigarette whenever I wanted. I always felt trapped at work. Stuck into that cigarette break routine, so to calm myself down, I would have those normal cigs on my drive. Breaks I would use the ecigs, way home, ecigs, my at home smokes, ecigs. It was all a mental thing for me.

There is another post on here somewhere, and a person made a comment that with ecigs you don't get caught up in those fixed smoke break periods. You can smoke them anytime you want. Got a craving? Take a drag or two off the ecig. You don't have to smoke the whole thing like a real cigarette. I'll look for the exact quote. He pretty much spelled it out how I feel about ecigs.

Misty's quote is words of wisdom: "Many of us didn't plan on quitting - it just comes naturally". That is exactly how it happened for me too.

Here is the quote I was referring to above:

"Stressfull build-ups"! That is exactly how I used to be.

Today is DAY 3 and I have to be honest, I never thought I would make it this far! I really really really want a real cigarette but I am not going to do it. When the craving gets really bad, I take a few drags off the ecigarette and that takes the edge off. It isn't as good as a real cigarette but it helps.
I am starting to panick though. I buy from puresmoker and they are out of atomizers and cartridges. I have a pee wee black style and I would hate to have to buy a whole other starter kit!

If I'm misunderstanding please forgive, we all have a different experience. My main thought is, though, no reason to hold on your ecig til the craving gets "really bad". Just use it! And as mentioned, there is no reason to wait around for puresmoker, even though I like them too. Other sellers with a super-mini include totallywicked-eliquid, thesmokelessshop, cigtechs, smokeliberation...

Flexibility helps with the switch to ecigs, no need to stress yourself back to fulltime analogs or to running out of parts. You're doing great and I'm sure you'll be successful, which, on this board, does not require perfection!

    Default thanks

I so appreciate all the support. I am going to give puresmoker another day or two to get some supplies in as I have two more packs of cartridges ( but only one atomizer) ... here 's hoping it all holds together ....

If I can do this, so can anyone else. and every
doctor needs to tell their smokers about these things
