Default How many puffs = a regular Cig?

I just got my Starter kit and am trying to figure out how many puffs equals smoking a paul maul light 100. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have medium carts.

Well, I smoke Camel lights and I get 7 drags from a real cig. When I vape instead I usualy only take 3-4 puffs and put it back in my pocket until the craving hits again.

I've heard answers that range from 10 to 14 puffs.

Hmmm. I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it. The first cart I used I must have puffed 20 times, and I felt like I just chain smoked for 20 minutes, but later on the same cart, I took that many puffs and it seemed like nothing.

Oh, you said med carts. Right now I am on 24 juice, so that may explain why my count is 3-4 instead of 10-14.
