Bad experience with bestecig

I agree with the positive reviews, I got polite e-mail from Beci for each step and the order came w/a freebie as quickly as the customs delay would allow (6 days).

I did receive a full refund and I was happy and surprised at the same time. I only expected a partial refund if anything. I don't know why my items don't work right. Sounds like allot of you have gotten great stuff from bestecig. I just must have been unlucky. I have given myself headaches from sucking to hard trying to get a hit. I switch back to the old atomizer and battery I started with and they work fine.
Anyway, thanks for all of the posts and thanks best ecig for the refund.

Received a tracking # from bestcig. This was my first order with them and I didn't know about a tracking number. Well now I know its on its way!

Ok Kitabz, what do you mean a USB adaptor plugged into the mains? I ordered a USB passthru, it should arrive today, & was planning on plugging into the USB port on the front of my computer,not a laptop. Will this work ok? It's sad to be so electronically challenged.

My order says that it arrived in the USA ("LAXA" with I assume is LAX Airport). The last notice from yesterday says, "Handed over to customs". Should I be worried or is this standard?

Ringo, mine is on its way currently. It said "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA USJFKA" "Arrival at Sorting Center" which I assume is JFK Airport.
The next entry the following day (today) says "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and my zip code for "Arrival at Delivery Office ".
No mention of customs for me. My order was under $100, which may make a difference.

and asked Randall .."main" means wall outlet... so you can use a wall USB charger..

I got my 901 from bestecig, expecting my second order to be delivered either today or Monday, Beci has been great, always responding to queries promptly. I have not had any problems so far with the hardware.

i also placed an order with bestecig. Beci answered all of my questions and i felt confident to place an order. i placed it on 3/3 and i just checked the status:

I have always recived good service for Beci at Bestecigs. I really like their penstyles and their prices. Their stuff lasts as longsor longer as anyone else I have order from and Beci replaces stuff "no problem".
