Janty US Ordering Problem

Maybe I'm stupid. I tried to place a small order with Janty USA yesterday.

I went through the whole ordering process, and at one point, I was asked if I wanted to pay by check/money order or PayPal. I selected PayPal and went on to click complete order.

After clicking that, I got a message that my order was being processed. It never took me to PayPal to actually pay, or even offered the option of going there.

I emailed Janty (slightly less than 24 hours ago) and haven't heard anything back.

Anyone else encounter this problem?

Check your spam folder. JantyUSA generally sends an email within minutes of completing the order giving you instructions on how to pay via PayPal. Sometimes these types of emails get caught by the spam filter.

I Always Get An Email from Orders@Jantyusa.com with The Invoice Amount To Pay, Were & Who to Paypal The Money To.

Make Sure u check Your Bulk & Spam Email Box!

I am indeed stupid. That is kind of a strange way to do things. Seems like it would add a high margin of error to the whole process (sending wrong amount
or to the wrong place).

I agree, Chris . . . anything that adds an additional layer to the ordering process is rarely a good idea.

Agreed, but I think it may have to do with the fact that the ordering process was not a secured site (no https), thus, the reason for using PayPal the way they did.

Confused me a little as well, but ordered from them anyways.

No, it's a way of getting around the fee that Paypal charges business accounts per transaction. He's using a personal account for the business. Paypal wouldn't be happy about that.

I had some issues last week trying to order from TW, I did get directed to paypal, but the whole thing looked odd, I shut down the page, went back to paypal and sent them the money, then emailed TW. I never heard back for over 24 hours so canceled the money I sent and had to wait a couple of days for confirmation.
I never did hear from TW - I asume it was some kinda glitch in the system.
