Pilot m401 where and how to add juice

Okay I'm really confused. I got the Pilot m401 from Puresmoker yesterday and have no idea where to add the juice? I bought 5 bottles of juice and 5 extra Marlboro med carts. Along with the Marlboro variety strength carts they give you. So I tried adding the juice to the cart with no nic that was Marlboro flavored. I put 2 drops and was carefull not to get it on the flat side of the little cup inside. YUK! I got all nic juice in my mouth. What do I do or how is there a video. I saw one of a girl who took the cup out with tweezer and added juice but where do I get the wick with out anything on it? and the little cup thingy? If anyone knows what I mean? HELP

I just purchased the same unit also. Just pull off the black cap off the atomizer and drip it down into there. The stuffing is down there kind of hard to see if you're in bad light. Mines been working great so far. You can also just put it on the wick after you pull off the black cap. Either way works good.

I think this is what he may be doing and is causing the liquid to slip down inside of the cartridge past the wadding cup and out the "suck" hole.

Stick a paper clip in the "suck" hole and push the cup holding the wadding up the cartridge sleeve until it is even with the cartridge opening. Now drop 2-3 drops of liquid onto the wadding itself; being careful not to allow the liguid to contact the edge of the cartridge.

Originally, I dripped directly into the cartridge without pushing the cup up with the paperclip and had the same problem with the liquid getting into my mouth. Since pushing the cup up with the paperclip, I haven't gotten any liquid coming out the "suck" hole.

I'll give you the ideal way to top up your carts :-)

Keep a paperclip with your bottle, straighten out the long leg.

Poke the paperclip in the small hole, pushing the cart to the top, so 1/8" is sticking out

Hold the cart so your fingernail traps the inner cart right there

Now take the paperclip, and fluff up the wool a bit, so it's even with the top of the cart again

Then slide the paperclip down the side of the wool, to the bottom of the cart, and lean it over slightly. This creates a small air gap to the bottom, so you don't get air bubbles in there.

Now drip in the cart - onto the wool - until it's full. You can tell it's full by leaning the paperclip over a tiny bit more, and you'll see the liquid itself will be 1/2 to 3/4 the way to the top of the inner cartridge. You drip directly on the wool, so the air in the cart can come up the air gap you made with the paperclip.

If you get the liquid all the way to the top, it's too full.
( I actually overfill them on purpose when topping up in dark places, because it's easier to see, and just suck a drop or two back out with the tip of the dropper)

If you need to re-fluff a bit now, you can. Or use your finger to push loose fibers down. The wool should be even, or very near the top of the inner cart.

Now use the paperclip to push the inner cart back down. Don't force it, just until it stops.

All done. I tried to be very detailed, that's why the explanation is long.
In real life, this entire process takes SECONDS, it's very quick and easy. And it fills them perfect every single time :-)
