That's probably the best way to work it out, be aware of physical needs.
I like to know that I'm not raising tolerance and dependency but just need a general guide, nothing specific.

Thanks Fenez. I have to admit that the issue of puff counts is one that I've been following closely already. There have been some misunderstandings and misinformation that I'm happy to get out in the open and question. Luckily I didn't have to challenge anyone I like

Maybe he's just having a bad day ... live and learn, hey.
He sounded more mixed up than anything else to me, he wasn't rude or insulting really so I was happy to stick with the issue at hand.
