If I were locked in an empty room for 24 hours with 2ml of 10mg liquid and a new e-cig atomizer...

I've got 20mg of nicotine available. No matter what I do, I can only possibly consume 20mg of nicotine in that 24 hours. Period.

    I believe so, on average.

So how do you get the puff count to tally with the mg per ml count (on average)?

That's how I see it Jaaxx. 20mg maximum. Then Dr Laugesen says we exhale 2% and there's primer puffs to consider and the nicotine has a different pH from tobacco so will be absorbed differently.

You would have to base the puff count on the analog and use that estimate for the e-cig, not the puff count on the e-cig and compare that to the analog.

Remember, we're talking about replacing the analogs with equivalent juice amounts.

People take an average of 12 puffs on a 1mg cig, how many puffs of vaping does that equal?

At the equivalent density liquid, 12.

No, I've vaped enough nicotine to have a nose bleed (not quite, I'm exaggerating here) but I've yet to have the light-headedness that the first cigarette after a long time used to give me. Having the first cigarette of the day outside in the cold used to be fantastic - feeling the effect course through my veins - I cannot seem to emulate this sensation with e-cigs no matter how high the strength. I now thinking that it wasn't the nicotine after all but some other additive (or carbon monoxide or lack of oxygen or something). Shame, I miss that.
