I can almost assure you this is your body getting used to breathing again. I quit smoking for almost a week recently (of course I went back though) and I was coughing up brown stuff somethin' terrible, and my nose was stuffy as well. it's the only way for your lungs to get rid of the tar since there's nothing feeding it now.

i hope ur right, cuz ive been waking up in the middle of the night just coughing furiously lol and i start spittin out loogies...its annoying

the last few days its been better, ive been drinking lots of water, brushing and using listerine before i sleep.

hopefully this goes away.....and another thing, when i vape, i can barely take a hit without drinking water afterwards, the throat hit is tremendous for some reason :/

I can't speak for the harshness of the hits since I haven't received my first e-cig yet, but I'm pretty much right there with you on the throat problems. mine's going away also. it was terrible for a couple of days. I knew what it was since I had the exact thing happen the last time I stopped smoking, so I wasn't worried. you shouldn't worry, it's "natural"...that's pretty ironic.
