Default Coughing when sleeping...

Hey guys, i dont kno if this is with anyone else but sometimes i'll wake up in the middle of the night coughing like crazy or when i wake up, my throat is really dry and vaping is painful!

what's going on? i drink plenty of water before and after sleeping, can't seem to shake this off and its frustrating because im losing sleep over this. Only thing I can think of is maybe the throat hit on my ecig is massive because this wasn't happening when i was using my pilot and i get zero throat hit compared to my 901.

My wife has been coughing a lot in the middle of the night too. She said she wakes up with a dry throat and has to blow her nose constantly.
She doesn't smoke or vape, she has a cold.

I find that the PG makes me cough. It also made my lips hurt.

I buy high nic now and cut it with glycerine. I'm not coughing anymore and my lips don't hurt, and I don't even have to use chap stick anymore.

Even when I smoked analogs, my lips were very dry. I always used chap stick. Now my lips are very soft and moist. Thank you, glycerine.

Do you have allergies or asthma? Nighttime coughing can be a symptom of either of those as well as all of the other possibilities mentioned above.

it might be caused by withdrawal symptoms from quitting smoking?? I mean, only if you recently quit though..
