OK I have finished the whole thread, and have a few questions. Does the Darwin work with genisis atty specificly the Line 1.8 to 2.2 ohm. I saw emonty had one on a Darwin. How much better is the Darwin than a VV

Just vaping my line on my Darwin right now. As with the gtank it runs like a dream. I usually setup between 2.2 -2.4omhs. 6.6w gives nice tasting, plumes of throat hitting vapor.
But the bloody arm doesn't shut without extenders etc.
Definitely my main all day pv now. People always look at me strange and ask questions. I usually call it a 21st Century Pipe and say, 'yeah it may look ridiculous, but I really don't give a S#it cause I am not smoking anymore! And that is what it is all really about!'.
G-tank on Darwin has been the easiest, consistent, reliable, low maintenance set up I have used in my 3 years of vaping. Not made any orders for cartomizers since. Still have a bunch unused that I bought as emergency backups should the G-tank fail? Setup the coil and mesh a couple of months ago at 2.2ohms. Occasionally rinse under hot water and it's still perfect on the Darwin.
The line has been performing pretty well, but I am not into the connection method. Wrapping on silver wires take me back to the genesis mini issues I had.
Day two and I'm already getting shorts and the kanthal is slipping off as I adjust the coils.
Nice thing about the Darwin, it gives you a decent resistance reading on the fly and at all times. Kinda essential with genisis attys.

Thank you for the reply. Does the Line fold up on the Darwin? Off cigs for 14 months built my first genisis about a year ago. The Line gets gunked up every 2 weeks so I just pull the settup burn the mesh and replace the kanthal. Don't care for the silver wire, but it works good. I prefer 17ga ss needle connectors cross drilled with .040 hole run the kanthal through the hole and stick a pin down the needle makes a good contact. Ran a puck for power till I saw the ork t vv setup and that has been my go to ever since. Got a Provari reciently Just for Sunday go to meeting it's ok but really touchy with a genisis. The Darwin looks like it might fit me better. How often does the Darwin come up for sale? D. Rat

Ni hao from Suzhou fellow Darwinians. As usual no problems blowing through multiple airports with a few Darwins and two eGo batts. As promised our good buddy Darwin just hanging out at the airport in Beijing. Yes I was pulling big clouds but blowing them inconspicuously towards the floor in order to not call attention to mysyelf. Most places in China are now moving towards "smoking" bans and the old terminal at Beijing airport is non smoking.
