    Default Just wanted to say

    Just wanted to say that I placed my first order with Drew last night kinda by accident...and so far I'm super pleased..
    BY accident I mean that I finally went to take the plunge and order my first e-cig after doing a ton of research...was going to order it from a different supplier that I had been eyeing for a while and when I went to order last night turns out that they were out of stock...
    So I look on a few other supplier sites including nhaler and had some silly simple questions for all of them about their starter kits that weren't 100% clear.
    So this is at 9:30ish at night EST and I'm thinking "well, I'm not gonna get answers til sometime on Sat..which was a bummer because i was hoping that if I got the order in at least late Friday there MIGHT be a chance that it could get here by this Mon.
    Anyway, I go and check my email about some ther personal mail that i sent earlier that day and am shocked and surprised that there's already an answer from Drew...at 9:30 in the evening!
    Well, normally I hate doing business contacts back and forth via e-mail but holy crap his responses were fast so awesome customer service which totally won me over and pushed him to the front with me as far as who I want to order from in the future...
    Hopefully, he includes some business cards with my order too because I've got a local cigar bar and shop here that has been looking for a supplier too (he's carrying one ecig that I've never heard of (ecigxox) but was looking for others as well as the ecigar and epipe, but i guess he's had a bunch of suppliers not contact him back and would rather do business via phone, he's not super computer savy) ...

    Also, theres a ton of flavors that Drew carries that I wanna try out, so I'll be placing another order soon...hopefully in the future he'll add a clove flavor..

    See, once I saw that his name was Drew like me I should have just saved myself the time and just ordered from him long ago..that way I wouldn't have to wait the weekend to put down the analogs.

    In short nHaler is awesome already and haven't even gotten my order yet, in short because of the attentiveness he pays to contact requests and questions...and if that's the kind of service provided to someone just asking random questions, I can only imagine the level of customer service he provides to the people that actually order from him..

    Drew, my first e-cig was from you, and you've probably made yourself a customer for life! Never stop doing what you do!

    I thank you for the little extras in my box. The little tuppware container has made an excellent holder for my e-cig supplies until I can get something a little more permanent.

    I also like the little wooden box on the keychain, even though I really have no idea what to do with it...

    I'm a 510-er at the moment. Never tried cartos.
