adding some 60mg nic to 12mg and 24mg
Hi folks can anyone tell me if there is a calculator for adding drops of 60mg nic to the 12mg and 24mg.
say i have 1ml of 24mg and i want to get it to 30 mg how many drops of 60mg nic would i need to get it from 24mg to 30mg? im using 1 ml as an example cause about 1 ml will go into a kr808 and a greencig cart based on 20 drops equals about 1 ml. I see calculators out there that you can use to make your own nic level from scrathch but are there any that guide you to make it go higher. Thanks

As I figured it, and I may be wrong, but there are 20 drops to a ml. With 60mg to a ml, if you divide it by 20 then each drop is worth 3mg per ml. This is what I have been doing and if I am wrong please someone tell me!!!

scubabatdans calc has a place for adding 2 nic strengths. Don't know if this helps, you could try leaving him a message. Pretty sure he would answer.

I'd be interested in the solution to this, to see if what I have been doing is correct.

Heres one I used to use and it seemed to work...Never really used it for drops but I am pretty sure it has a drop conversion....

You'll want to add 3 parts of the 60mg to 5 parts of 12mg.
Example:
3mL x 60mg = 180mg total for the high
5mL x 12mg = 60 mg total for the low
= 240mg total, in 8mL
=30mg/mL
"Parts" don't have to be mL, you can do 3 drops of one and 5 of the other and get the same concentration for the smaller quantity.
Using 24mg as your "low", you should as 5 parts low to 1 part high 60mg to achieve the 30mg/mL target. That means 1mL of 24mg (1mL is about 20 drops) should be combined with 1/5 as many drops of high, or 4 drops of 60 mg.
Similarly, 20 drops or 1mL of 12 mg would require 60% as much high strength to boost it, or 12 drops of 60mg.
I'm honestly not sure how to work back that math, my algebra is a bit rusty, but a little bit of trial and error brought me the solution.
Does it make sense to you?

What they said. Assuming that 1ml is approx 20 drops, mix 4 drops of 60mg to 1ml of 24mg to create 1.2ml of 30mg.

Yes. That is my math. I think.
SKIP my message if you dont want to become confused. But I would like verification.
So does everyone agree the following would be true? (/ indicates "divide")
60mg @ 1 unit
+
12mg @ 1 unit
_____________
72mg / 2 units = 36mg
or the example
180mg = 60mg @ 3 units
+
60mg = 12mg @ 5 units
-----------------------
240mg / 8 units = 30mg
A "Unit" could be a drop, spoon, ml, quart, gallon or barrel.
