lol...I 'ain't complaining... ...it is nice. ....We usually get a couple of dustings every year...maybe an inch. It's been snowing non stop since 1:00 AM last night and it hasn't stopped yet. It's supposed to clear out sometime around 3:00 AM. So far here at my house we've gotten 7 inches..not alot to those of you that get alot of snow, but that's a helluva lot for the Dallas area.

What we get alot of mostly is ice...black ice on the roads....talk about shutting a city down!

    Thanks for watching!

Schools are closed Friday here in the Baton Rouge area and we haven't even gotten one snowflake yet. But hey, it's the Deep South and folks just ain't used to this stuff. Besides, next Monday & Tuesday is Mardi Gras holidays anyway, so we may as well have an extra day off Be safe & stay warm y'all.

It's good that it gets that cold once in a while. Helps to kill off bacteria and stuff. Black ice is not fun and when you don't get it on a regular basis......

    It's still snowing here .

Well, we ended up getting a lot more that what they initially forcasted...they thought we'e get 4-6 inches, but in my neck of the woods we got well over a foot! I saw some fly overs of Dallas this morning and it did not look like Dallas at all. I just can't imagine seeing 3, 4, 6, feet of snow on the ground. I'd like to experience that at least once, but seriously doubt that will ever happen here. Last night I was watching the Stars play the Flames and had to go clean my dish off 4 or 5 times...lolol...CRAZY!!

Here's a pic I took this morning after it finally stopped snowing.

There's a couple of other pix in my profile.
