My Phidias Woodimus Feedimus arrived safe and well this morning (after a 2 week stay with Her Majesty's Customs), it is even nicer than I thought it would be. I have been vapn it for hours now and the special Attie keeps getting better, it really kicks for a 3.7v device. Thanks for a great product. Daz

Had to come back and shows the work of art has been restored!



I ended up using boild linseed oil, and if you do it by the book on how to do it. It takes about 10 mins. One you rub it in, and then wait 10mins and wipe off anything remaining on top. Then wait another 12 hours for it to 100% seal. BAM P: Phadias has came back to:P life.

Granted I've dropped mine on concert WAY to many times, I modded the switch and switch I nailed it with some sand paper when I cut the new hole.

The finish on the box LAST FOREVER, and if you take care of it un-like me. There should be no need for this.....for a LONG time to come.

Hey DaMulta thats a real great job ya did. I think Fono uses tung oil and his work comes out great but seeing that linseed oil on your phidius shows that works real nice too. yeh you have to use the right stuff to make it stand out. Im not sure but i think they used linseed oil years ago, but just not sure.
Great job DaMulta. Yeh love my Phidius. Fono's woodworking skills makes it one gorgeous wood box mod.
Why dont you get yourself a nice case that can attach to your belt or something so it protects it. Im thinking a kind of case that the Diceman used to wear for his Zippo ligher but bigger. beautiful job man enjoy your new mod.
