    Please don't flame me. I heard great reviews about Nhaler. And I am sure the company is wonderful.
    BUT...
    The lung juice is described on the site as : • In a base of pure grain alcohol, distilled water and vegetable glycerine.
    Maybe I missed something, and if I did I do apologize.

    What I received was PG. I had asked on my order to please notify me if it is PG based as I have a reaction with my tongue,chest and mouth. A mix I can tolerate. This was printed out on my order form that was sent to me. Below it they had handwritten: "Our Pear lung is a PG base so you might want to mix in some VG."

    I was disapointed. I really am bad at mixing, sometimes I over do the Vg and get a flat flavor. That's why I ordered this. I tried it anyway. Thinking maybe the herbs in it would not cause me to have a reaction as I heard it was a nice mellow liquid.

    Lets just say I am unable to vape this. I get a heavy chest and sore throat and mouth from it. I am glad I did not purchase the larger size. I may put it up on the swap thread. My husband has not tried his yet. He does not have the same reaction to PG as I do. The flavor is nice. Tastes like pear.

    I am providing my honest opinion. I am sure I am going to get some negative feedback. Drew seems like a nice guy. The forum loves him. I thought the service was good, took a while to get to me though and really appreciate the freebie (a drawstring bag) to carry my goods. I can see why Nhaler has a great following. I think the Lung Juice is an excellent idea, I just wish I could continue it without the bad side affects.

    I feel I explained myself and even asked to be notified if something was PG based in my inquiry, so I could cancel if necessary. If I can't vape it, its not of use to me. I just wished I would have known before I paid.

    Sounds like a valid complaint to me. If you put the note on the order saying you cannot vape PG and to let you know then they should have let you know first. I know Drew is using hired help now so maybe that caused the problem.

    thank you! Maybe this is the case! I hope Drew can give some feedback. This I would understand a little more. If he wants me to send the liquid back and exchange for vg, (what I was supossed to get) I would be more than happy to do that.
    I am not trying to cause trouble or talk bad about the company. I was going to just ignore the whole thing and strike it up as a loss. But, I feel that it was not the right thing to do.

    Yes, I'd think you should contact Drew. He is in VA at Vapefest this weekend though so you might not hear back really quick this weekend - normally he's around a lot even on weekends. Sorry I hope you get it sorted out!

    Difinitely give him a shout...he'll make things right. If you can't vape PG that makes it tough with any vendor, sorry for that.

    Sorry about the confusion...Unfortunately we do not carry VG based liquids...Our Lung juices have ingredients that are tinctured in VG soltions, and some are tinctured pure grain alcohol but thet are still PG based...Im not exactly sure what happened, but if you send me your order number , I can look it up and see what happened...Thanks

    Drew sent me a message and let me know he would exchange the liquid. And that he was sorry. I don't know if I can use anything he has since PG makes my chest hurt. But I thought that was good customer service! I appreciate the time he took to write me.

    yeh just tell him that and im sure he will take care of you. he has other great products and his prices are fantastic so you get your juice elsewhere and get your hardware thru Nhaler. Just tell him what you want and need to do im sure he will agree and help you out. Sorry about your PG issue but its understandable and lot of people just cant vape the PG. Good luck to you
