sounds like English is second language for the seller. I cant speak for that seller, but normally it's mg per ml. ie: a 10ml bottle of 18mg eliquid would have a total of 180mgs of nicotine in it.

That's funny. I'm sure it's just a translation issue. 18mg/l would be some very weak juice indeed. The standard measure is mg/ml.

Default mg/ml

This is from Johnson Creek Juice:
Quote:
for our HIGH nicotine juice; our formula does not call for 24 mg in the ENTIRE bottle (30 ml bottle of high strength), but rather 24 mg per what we call "cartridge count". In other words, as 30 ml is roughly the equivalent of 23 e-cigarette cartridges, our 30 ml bottles contain enough nicotine to deliver 24 mg of nicotine in each of the "23 carts" = worth of liquid. Essentially, 24 mg of nicotine per 1.3 ml liquid.
Hope this helps: at 24mg/1.04ml. I get about 1mg nicotine for every drop of juice, if you want to count the drops all day. I put about 10-12 drops in my DSE801 cart with every fill.
