There are many ways to get nicotine in a much safer way than smoking. NRT is one way but it is expensive. Ecigs is another. There is also tobacco vaporization and smokeless tobacco products. If one method isnt working, try another or a combination. Anything to get off inhaling tobacco smoke is worth doing.
