I don't have hair loss but just read that some people blame it on nicotine I don''t know what is true.
What do you think ?

nah walrus i blame it on stress... failing that you could always do what other have done a blame the cost of living your hair just could not afford the view and jumped off to you back... LOL

There are studies that say that nicotine and cotinine( metabolite) can produce accumulation of DHt (responsible for hair loss)
MJ wilson reproductive toxyclogy

But those things are made on fibroblasts.

Hair loss is genetic. Any tiny effect from nicotine or any other substance is completely wiped out by the overwhelming genetic factors responsible.

I've seen many older people who smoke and have a full head of hair? I wonder why that is? Could it be that just vaping causes hair loss and not smoking?
