Dear Unregistered,

The AAPHP has submitted two citizens petitions to the FDA. The first is for e-cigs to be reclassified as tobacco products, and the second is for the FDA to correct it's misleading press statements from last year.

It's really important that US vapers add their comments to these documents. This can be done online very quickly. For suggested talking points and discussion about these petitions please see this post

My questions: Has anyone seen this for sale anywhere? Is it still available as an OTC Homeopathic formulation, or just as a tobacco product? Would there be any hope for e-Liquids to be classified similarly? If it is still available, I wonder if it could be used... somehow... as an e-Liquid (after modifying). __________________
