My questions:
  • Has anyone seen this for sale anywhere?
  • Is it still available as an OTC Homeopathic formulation, or just as a tobacco product?
  • Would there be any hope for e-Liquids to be classified similarly?
  • If it is still available, I wonder if it could be used... somehow... as an e-Liquid (after modifying).
