Ya know, I was talking to the owner of a cigar shop a couple months ago and he was saying that the longer the tobacco for cigars is cured the more the nicotine is unh, can't think of the word I want, but the nicotine is reduced as a result of the curing.

A simply safe soak that gets the alkaloids other than nic, augment with a known e-liquid for desired nic content?

Duh, ok, now I gotcha. Vaporer did use cigars, but the cheap ones, so most likely the cheap ones only go through short/quick-to-market cures. S'pose we could pony up the moola to hire a good swimmer to get Vaporer a good Cuban Seegar for testing?
