Higher Nicotine Levels

I just started using a higher nic level liquid, and I was wondering if higher levels make for a harsher vape? My tongue and throat feel a little raw. I know it's not a reaction to that particular flavour, because it's happening with all of the higher level liquids. Anyone else have this issue?

Boy, it sure does. Before I started using snus I vaped 36 - 48mg, sometimes higher, and my mouth would still be raw in the morning from the day before. To the point I'd cring at the first few vapes, but survival eventually took over and it didn't matter.

Nothing to do with wimp Mercy. Some of us just have thicker skulls to drive the vape through.

I started with 26mg and after the ZFM cart mod I got so much vaper that it gave me headaches , nausea and made me feel 'Blond Headed'.

It just cut it by a third with some glycerin and I'm doing well.

Same here! After going ZFM in my 510, I can't handle more than 18 mg max, most of the time 12-14 mg. I never vaped higher than 35 mg, and that not for many hits, but higher does affect the mouth some. If you get high-nic juice in the mouth, rinse it out with water immediately, otherwise the OP subject will happen even more than usual. Yes, nic is an irritant. PG does this to me too, so I am using only VG juices now, with considerable success. For me ZFM...
- allows long time between cart fills
- empties the cart completely, thus never wasting juice absorbed in the filler
- is optimum vaping for every hit
- gives me satisfaction at lower nic levels than standard filler does
- combined above = better, safer, cheaper and more convenient vaping

Works great after you learn from several epic fails and get it tweaked just right (on my 510 anyways, gave up trying to make one work on an m201).
