Perhaps another reason to ease off the health claims and clearly mark the bottles. We just don't know yet for sure, and probably won't for some time, what inhaling what we do might do. Let's hope we don't see a case like this in the future.

I'm interested to see how much the court will award.

I recently saw an episode of Boston Legal that took on BT. (great show, btw)
Lots of interesting tidbits about their advertising and legal tactics.
Just wondering if these cases will languish forever in the appeals process.
