    Default Videos re nicotine's affect

From U.S. News & World Report, three videos
The first, "Anatomy of a Drag," talks about exactly what smoking does to the body.
"The Quitting Timeline" has all the "after x hours, your body recovers it's ability to..."
"Strategies to Quit Smoking" focuses mainly on nicotine replacement therapy. At about 2:16, it talks about the prescription type of nicotine inhalers.

Next are nicotine inhalers. These deliver nicotine in a vaporized form through a mouthpiece. Unlike smoking, the nicotine isn't sent to the lungs. Instead, most of the nicotine is absorbed in the mouth and the throat. Some smokers say the inhaler fulfills the same "hand-to-mouth" urge involved in the ritual of smoking.
It looks like an ugly version of what we use (without the good flavoring, I'm sure.)

Well for what it's worth, I enjoy vaping much more then I did smoking cigarettes.

I will stick to something I enjoy, I think it's better for me.

Bottom line I am going to do one or the other.

The NRT inhaler is also unheated and doesn't create a visual vapor which would or should aid in deeper inhalation of the contents like the PV does.

Not to mention having to go to the doctor, pay $...get a rx...go to the pharmacy...stand in line, pay $...get disappointed...go buy a pack of cigarettes, pay $.
................I found a solution that may be bad for one of both of us..............
