How much nicotine am I taking in? And a few help questions

Addiction starts slowly for some. Your brain creates specialized nicotine receptors, and those receptors need regular feeding. Like food consumption out of control, they demand more and more for satisfaction. You add a morning cigarette, then one after lunch, then one when you're troubled or stressed in any way. We all went down the same road, ending as addicts answering craving calls we wouldn't wish on any but our worst enemies.

Just suggesting you pull off this road while you still can.

Where are you getting this from? From what I've found on Nicotine, it is a non-destructive process.. That is, it does not cause any physical damage in the brian where ....... and ...... DO, and that's why you need more and more. With Nicotine, someone that finds what their "dose" is tends to stay at that dose.. people smoke 1 pack a day for 40 years.. that hardly counts towards "more and more" needed.. Different people have different levels, and different things in their lives drive them to smoke more or less, but I've found nothing to indicate that it was actually "Nicotine" doing any damage to the brain.

Again, if you _really_ want to quit, talk to your doctor about Welbutrin or some other drug that simply blocks all cravings while you detox from smoking. If you keep coming up with excuses why you won't quit, then you do NOT want to quit, and that is essential to being able to..

And since it was touched in this thread, some.. I have questions about the "mg" levels versus ejuice bottle sizes..

Do the mg amounts mean per ml? is a 30ml bottle with 18mg nic the same (nic/drop) as a 10ml bottle with 18mg? .. I'm not sure if the listed mg is per specific volume, or for the entire bottle.. because, 30ml with 24mg (total) != 10ml with 18mg .. one is 1.8mg/ml while the other is less than 1mg/ml..

So, how does one read the nic content of ejuice? mg/ml or mg/vol?
