I am grateful for the Inferno helping me with a quick and painless transition but I got caught up in the hype and will never get caught up in hype anymore, lesson learned.

I didn't really care if my e-cig resembled an analog or not - my very first e-cig was a 510 knockoff I bought it out of sheer curiosity, so price was my biggest concern, then I moved up to an eGo because I wanted something with a better battery and finally a Reo because I wanted an even better battery and less hassle.

When I first made the switch and I was trying to get as many people on board it's a comment I heard a lot though: I want it to look and feel like a cigarette. I can understand this logic to a certain extent but isn't performance and reliability more important that "look and feel"?

Personally I'm really grateful for my Reo, sure it looks a bit odd and a lot of people probably think it's some kind of crack pipe and it's certainly not the most convenient device to carry around (then again neither was my eGo case) - although when I leave the house in the morning I know for certain that I won't run out of liquid, and my battery won't die on me.

To each their own I suppose and ultimately if an analog looking e-cig is what does the trick then cheers to that

Totally! So much of mine is holding it. I just wish they would make one that was lighter.

If they can send up rocket ships to outer space, they ought to be able to make batteries out of styrofoam.

+1 on this poll being skewed.

"did you think you needed A PV that looked like a real cigarette"

Some of us really do. I'm so sick of people bashing small cig like PV's. Yeah it's no mod, but just because most of us eventually move on to something bigger eventually when we finally kick the smoking, doesn't change the fact that these small devices are remarkable for those having trouble Quiting.

I don't know why so many on ecf feel the need to try and make those of us that enjoy our small PV's feel stupid.

I've got a couple ego batteries I use some of the time, but I still mostly use the normal "analog" style PVs. The size/weight/shape is just more comfortable for me.
Smoke-free since Oct '09 thanks to ecigs!

I am still waiting for the perfect analog type to come out. I wish more focus were on them (Improvements). I have mods, I have egos. I love the analog types more, even after a year of vaping.

Have you tried the Bloog MaxxFusion or the Volt yet?
If so, I'm curious about what your opinion is.

Gave up on lookalikes quickly. I was completely frustrated with the battery life. I'm still glad I made the initial purchase, though. It proved that I could give up analogs.
