What level of nicotine keeps you off of tobacco?
My own experiences coupled with the tone of several recent threads has me curious about the level of nicotine each of us requires to stay off of tobacco.
I'm closing in on 5 months of vaping and 4 months of being analog clean.
I started out with 12mg juice. Went up through 18 and 24mg, hit 36mg and tobacco went good-bye!
When I go to use up the remaining juice I have that is less than 36mg I get very antsy after about 1 day. 3 or 4 draws of 36mg and I'm fine.
What level of nicotine do you use to keep tobacco at bay?

I said lower than 12mg but that is because I only smoked about 5 cigarettes per day.
But yeah, I like polls, so I answered anyway.

My real answer is 6mg though.

I have found that 18 MG/ML does not have enought punch the 24 is too high. A custom mix of the two 50/50 gives a 21MG/ML and that is about perfect. If my cravings get really crazy I will bump up to straight 24MG/ML but it is not common. Not bad for a guy that was smoking almost 3 packs a day for 20yrs.

I'm a noobie but have only vaped 18mg since I started vaping 2 weeks ago. If I feel antsy at work or something I just sneak a toke in the bathroom and I'm fine. But I smoked Lights for over 20 years and only smoked full flavors if I was having to bum.

I say 18, but that is the lowest I have gone, but I cannot go any higher, all the 24/26mg ones I have had make me sick to my stomach, next order will be at 12mg I think. I don't need as much nic anymore... instead of vaping when I first wake up, I can go an hour or 2 before I realize it now.... that tells me it's not the nic anymore

Wow drdave, not bad indeed for a 3 pack a day guy!

Was smoking 1 1/2 pack a day of medium American Spirt cigs 2 weeks ago. Now I normally use 18mg but have a bit of 24mg that I use occasionally.

I said 12. But I pretty consistantly vape 9mg for the oral fixation and bump it up whenever I want.
