    A homemade mod using 4x AA NiMh bats that runs right about 5v. I've not tried the others though.

    glv is nice. Roberts detonator vapes really nice at 5v too..

    Would these be purchased, or home made mods?

    I'm looking to purchase a 5v mod that takes an 801 (not make my own) so I wonder if there are important brands that I missed?

    well for me the voltage just keeps climbing, 3.7 is OK, 5V better but my Silver Bullet has me won over for now at 6V!
    rectum...damn near killed 'em!

    Delrin is an insulator. If it wasn't it would be bypassing the switch leaving the device on at all times.
