i smoked 30 a day for last 27 years i had not touched one for 9 weeks with help e-cig but i did struggle with the e cig as did not give me what i was missing until found the gg now i do not miss the anlogs good luck everyone

All I can say is WOW to the poll numbers! I only smoked for 3 years,but I felt the tyrannical control that analogs can have over you. I honestly did not feel I would ever stop completely, but, I have for over 100 days.

I am proud to say that the e-cig helped me stop smoking normal cigs. And now I've been able to quit the e-cig as well.
For the first time in 10 or 11 years I am a true non-smoker!!!

This is not a scientific poll however I can talk from personal experience. I bought my first E-Cig in March, I was a pack a day + smoker for 27 years and stopped analogs on day 1. I have tried an analog once and as soon as the smoke hit my mouth I threw it away it tasted absolutely disgusting. I have also bought E-cigs for my brother and 7 co workers one of which has been smoking for 62 years, 2 packs a day. ALL of us have stopped analogs from day 1, I dont know if this is unusual or not but I think it speaks volumes for this product!!! If the FDA succeeds they will be responsible for thousands of deaths, unfortunately signing petitions (which I have) will not put money into the hands of big tobacco, congress and whoever else is making money selling death. This is a travesty and should not be allowed. We are the only ones that can stop it by writing articles for the newspaper calling television stations writing the President and congress, anything we can do to get the message out. Don't just lay down and take it!! Sorry of topic but it bothers me immensely.

yeah since I got my 501 I havent smoked single analogue. I dont even really want to and Im definitely not feeling any withdrawal or anything with my 36mg juice

It's only been 4 days but it been the longest time in 18 years of smoking! 510 rocks and I've only used the 11 and 18mg stuff so far....

I got a phone call from my wife on 9th June 2009 saying that my PV had arrived. I smoked my last two cigarettes in the car on the way home from work - I will never smoke again.
