I'm having a few issues with my e-cig's atty at the moment, but other than that I've noticed a huge huge change. I went from half a pack to a pack a day , now only 4 or so analogs a day!

It's baby steps, but e-cigs have changed my life for sure! I'm spreading the word as often as I can. Already converted a few people :-)

I stopped smoking analogs the moment my first e-cig arrived over 2 months ago. I did try to light up an analog after the first week, and felt really dizzy after only a few puffs. Never again

Ooops! It's my 2nd month of being smoke-free! Hurray for me Goodbye analogs!

2 pks of Marlboro Med /day (3 if I was bored) and have been smoking for 20 yrs. From the time I got my first e-cig, I only smoked when the battery was recharging and haven't had one since I got my USB passthrough. Today is my 8th day analog free. Got my first 510 kit on Fri. I know I'll never smoke again.

Good for you Arkayne! I've been a Marlboro Med 100 kinda girl myself. One thing I've noticed since I've been vaping the last time I touched a Marlboro I felt disgusted. My first analog of 8 yrs I couldn't smoke... now if I can feel the same way about Camel Wide Lights that would be great!

I was smoking a small pack of golden virginia rolling tobacco evry day, had done for the last 14 yrs, I'm fit and don't cough, I'd really enjoy my fags and didn't really see a need to quit (I have no kids and my otherhalf smokes Malborough Lights) so there I was happy smoking away, I'm an actor and when working I do Promo work for various people, Two weeks a go I had a job for Intellicig and was given an Evo to try at home for a day before I had to demonstate it - well I hadn't even HEARD of e-cigs. I thought "Ok I'll do an experiment then, I'll try the Evo and see how I go tonight, if I want a fag, I'll have one".
Well........I didn't want one that night...............Had one the next evening to compare the sensation (I wasn't desperate for one but not having had one for a day I was curious to see If I'd go "Oh yeah this feels better than an e -cig".....it didn't
I haven't had a fag for nearly two weeks and I didn't even WANT to give up!
I've got some liquid, lots of batteries, a couple of attys.....this stuff is great!
I've still got the packet of tobacco I had bought the day before I met Anthony at Intellicig, as soon as I saw hit vape up in a coffee shop to show me how it worked I was gone!
While demonstrating for Intellicig that weekend at the Trafford centre it was amazing to see the smokers who reacted just as I did, some people, as soon as they pick it up and take thier first puff can see in a flash just how liberating and fantastic these things are.
I'm not smoking at all now, I'm just trying to find the right flavour, but I'm very happy!

    Hi,

I haven't had an analog since my first e-cig arrived almost nine weeks ago. BUT...I didn't plan to quit. I found to my surprise that I no longer wanted to fire up an analog, so I haven't, although I took a couple of drags off a friend's a few weeks ago, just to see what it was like. It tasted terrible.

So, what I'm saying is that maybe some of you are having trouble giving up analogs because you feel you are GIVING UP something, and you feel deprived. Maybe it would help to suggest to yourself that you aren't giving up anything; you have just switched brands and you can smoke/vape the new brand all you want. No pressure. No "success" or "failure"---just a new brand.

Still working toward analog free, but finding I'm using the PV more and smoking less. The support I get from other members (Thanks, V and OTD!) and Stonewalls seem to be helping as well.

Some of you peeps make me so jealous, for me it is a constant battle to not have an analog. The smell of a fresh cig still smells good to me and once in a while I will take a drag off a friends cig and they don't taste bad. Vapor being much thinner than smoke doesn't feel the same to me. Ive spent way to much money chasing that perfect device so eni is way more expensive for me. Anyways still plugging along 21 days and no analog.

Completely off analogs, started as an alternative to puff at work and not get fired. Then I found vaping to be more enjoyable, less smelly and just an all around better way to go.I don't see going back unless our govt. bends us over and takes them away.

Got my e-cig last Monday. Put my analogs in the cupboard and haven't looked at them since. Smoked 40yrs 1-2 pk daily and have never tried to quit. I just knew there was no way cigarettes would not be in my life. I discovered e-cigs on accident and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Every day I wake up and don't want an analog smoke, I'm amazed and still in shock. E-cigs have changed my life. My family are amazed as well. They can't believe I don't want a cig. I do believe it's me and my e-cigs for life.
