    Thumbs up

Been vapping 4 and 1/2 weeks now. Was a 2 pack/day Marl Red 100's or Camel Turkish Gold for 28 years.

Had 1/2 a cig yesterday and today. That in itself is a miracle.

Cut down at first from 30 a day to around 10 then gradually, over about 3 months, quit totally.

I tried my sister's Green Cig a couple of weeks ago. I did my research, ordered a 510, and haven't touched tobacco since. I smoked 1-1/2 packs a day for about 18 years and have never felt better. I still have a bout 5oz of tobacco and a box of tubes but have had no desire to touch them in what will be a week tomorrow.

I bought my first e-cig mostly for when Im at my computer, it seemed when messing around on my computer I would smoke one right after another.
I didnt plan to quit, just cut down some.
My first week with the e-cig I went from 2 packs a day to 3 packs in a week.
I figured if I can do that without even trying to quit, then quitting will be a breeze.
I have been smoke free for 1 week today, sometimes I still get the urge to light up but a few puffs of my e-cig and I overcome it.
I grown to prefer the e-cig more than real cigs in just two weeks.

The flavors are awesome, much tastier than a real cig.

Wow. The result of this poll is pretty amazing. No surprise to me though, as I quit within the first two days of vaping.

I've quit completely. The smell of tobacco is now very disgusting.

I smoked my last cig at midnight on 12/09/09. Completely smoke free for 5 full days now! Honestly have not had a lot of cravings. My 510 has made it much easier than I thought it would. I will admit that while I sat at my computer on Sunday I vaped all day long and went through a pretty good amount of juice.

I have placed two additional orders since I got my initial shipment. I've spent about 170 bucks in three orders, but I've saved about 30 dugs that I would have spent on cigs. Once I get my next shipment in I should be set for 2-3 months or so and I should pay myself back for everything around New Year's or a little after. Although I haven't really seen a lot of health benefits yet, I will say that I haven't woke up with that tobacco hangover, that has been with me for 20+ years, in the past couple of days.

I have quit for more than 5 days before, but I've never felt as confident in not needing a cig after 5 days, that's for sure!
