I've cut down my use to about 15-20% analogs. BUT I've only been vaping for about 2 weeks now. So I expect it to go down even more.

Part of my (clinging to analogs) is that it's a respite. I go outside to 'smoke', and I love to be outdoors. It gives me time; away from the kids, the noise, to relax, to just chill and breath some f r e s h air. So I think that is what a lot of the driving force behind my continued analog use. However, I'm liking them less and less, and hope to give them up entirely by a months time.

Ironically, it never was my intention to quit. A friend of my son introduced me to them, and it all started out of curiousity >^..^<

I got one of those free trial spam emails yesterday. e Cig-a-what now?

I started researching online and visited my local smoke shops. Ended up getting the joye 510. I bought it because I want to quit stinking, but hopefully it will help me cut down/ quit too. The posts on this thread are really encouraging. Thanks!

With over 1600 responses, we are still showing over 80% (nearly 83%) of people have completely replaced all their analogs. Good show. Wish we had 5000 responses.

I've gone from 190 cigarettes a week to between 21 and 28, meaning 85% fewer, since the end of January. The original plan was to cut my tobacco consumption at least 50%, so no complaints here.

Ive been on e-cigs for about 4 months. As long as I have juice I don't smoke analogs even at the bar im not tempted. If im out of juice or limited to premixed carts. I start to slip back to one or two here and there. so on average im down to about 3 analogs a week.

    Thumbs up Wow!

Look at those numbers! Going on 1700 responses, and the percentages are holding - > 80% completely replaced all their analogs with vaping. Way to go, former smokers!

And those 20% - which are a fairly consistant number in several polls - probably all could get the rest of what they need from smokeless tobacco, getting their risk very low, too.

Vote in the polls, vapers, we need numbers!

Not likely over here, I don't need any more than I get from PVs, I just need my friends and family to stop lighting up around me, cigs are too alluring. All in time though, they're having more and more of an adverse effect on me as I lose tolerance for them, got some nice swollen gums right now from the few I heaved on last week.
