Well I think I figured enough out for now.
My Dad and his wife just left. The annual visit is officially over. I made it!!
Sunday I'm doing a super awesome mindful triathlon. It's a 5k with no recorded times, a choice of 2 ninety minute yoga classes, followed by 15 min of guided meditation. And if that's not enough there is an "uncommon" area with a DJ and hooping and acro yoga. It's called Wanderlust 108 and they have them all over the country if it sounds like something you would enjoy, keep an eye out for it!

They're probably working on it but just in case , any plans for join date and veteran status ?Just ask any questions and I will try to answer them
