Has been discussed already, but it caffeine isn't very soluble in PG/VG, not like it is in water. The members who've tried reported that there wasn't enough dissolved caffeine to give one a "high", plus the addition of another factor which could clog atomizers. For now, just drink a soda/energy drink/coffee/tea. Its more effective.

I don't know about inhaling caffeine ROFL I think it's a little over the top given your already getting a strong dose of nicotine. Also might make the FDA fight over this even more so.....

lol well I don't know how in the world a piece of coal would get into the hookahs vase. Plus you suck through a hose that is a good 3 foot long so it is away from you and sealed tightly. You would have to be very very unlucky to have this happen to you with a hookah.
