PCC fix...
I really don't understand why the pcc relies on the lid to put pressure on the battery in order for it to make contact to charge. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it screw in? I've had my pcc for my 510 for a little less then a month and I already have to ghetto-rig it with a rubber band in order to get it to charge my batteries. And unfortunately, its the only charger I have, so I have to use it constantly.
Wish I'd gone with a regular charger in the first place.

I had to rig mine also. Taped a peice of paper to the inside of the lid.

My PCC has had the same fate. I use a plastic twist tie wraped around the tip of the batt. 510 pcc=fail. It works but a pain in the you know what.

No joke. At first I used a piece of paper in the lid, but now the lid doesn't latch quite right... Has a huge gap. Major fail

Have you heard of the tip to use the 510 rubber cart caps? You put them on the tip of the led, leave it about half way pushed on, and then close the lid. I tried it on mine and it works

Thank you, I had not heard of this trick. I have dropped my case like 25 times and this worked!

Mines still working fine but, I can see where having to rig it would blow...I would still love the portibility and quick charge of the PCC...Hopefully they fix the faulty lid soon.
