    pretty good I think.

like you I am looking for an all day solution of battery power, this could be a cheap alternative,
depending on how long they last of course.

perhaps some others could jump in here and tell us how long their usb batteries are lasting,
do you charge them before use, if so, how long for,

    Di ......
    Hi Di
I bit the bullet and ordered one from Beci so i'll be able to try it and tell all others who are asking what it's like. You've recomended it in a few different threads so i had to go with it. Lets face it, even if it only lasts as long as an average battery it's worth it to find out.
    Cheers

I was very tempted to buy the dse901 usb battery just now at dubya dubya dubya bestecig.com/product_view.asp?id=35
    Price was just $10.30
but the shipping was $20 bucks. Would someone post when a US supplier offers them or they offer the alternate shipping they claim is not available right now?

Hell, I may just do it anyway. I'm in front of a computer all day anyway and flipping these freaking batteries back and forth all day long makes me feel like a lab rat performing tricks to get my nicotine hit.

I don't think I have the patience to bother with the mods.

Also, for what it's worth, it doesn't appear to have a switch, which is fine by me.

When I ordered mine, I added one atomizer for $6.50, a 10 ml liquid for $4.50 plus a couple of carts and with shipping, it was around $50....which I thought was worthwhile. If I knew was going to like it, I actually would have ordered more atomizers and liquid but I was being conservative to see if I would like it first. Now, I always try to order enough so that the $20 shipping is worthwhile.

Well this is interesting. I see they now offer a usb cig package which includes an atomizer and 10 ml liquid. They didn't have that option when I ordered but it looks about a buck cheaper that way cost-wise. I see they still have the one I ordered as well. Oh, and mine was the penstyle.

how does it perform?? i read somewhere that the amp draw could damage the motherboard...USB is only save for 500mah... (could be BS though)

After buying this, I purchased a stand alone penstyle from bestecig for the times when I wasn't around a usb port. I would say this....neither of them produce much vapor but I am satisfied with the throat hit. I like the usb cig but in all honesty, it is not as strong of a draw as a newly charged battery. (But they do get more comparable as the stand alone battery powers down with use.)

I like interchanging them, smoke the usb for a few puffs, then the stand alone. This really works for me. I did have a problem as for some reason, the usb cig would not work with my laptop at work (possibly because it rests on a docking station...I don't know)....and it didn't work with the usb car charger (not enough power, it seemed).

I just got home from work and received my usb wall charger. I am hoping this works....I can at least use it at work if it does. I also just ordered a battery powered usb port. If that works, I'll be gold

I think a lot does depend on what is important to you. I need the throat hit and a good battery because I hate all the switching around and making sure you have enough of them with you, etc. My 2 products right now work good for me. But others prefer a lot of vapor and I just don't see it with these.

I have not noticed any problems with my laptop and I have been using it for a little over 2 weeks straight. I actually think the draw isn't as strong as a fully charged stand alone battery because there just isn't enough "juice". I wonder if that will be different when I try the wall charger or the battery charged usb? Well, I'll let ya know!

OK I got my usb penstyle E-cigarette USB Battery: for pen style e-cigarette today and i'm well happy with it. It took 2 days to get from China to the U.K and then 5 days via Parcelforce to get it to my house in Scotland. (The 2 days from China includes the time it was in customs.)
Speaks volumes for for Royal Mail.
The usb DSE901 is Mini e-cigarette USB Battery: e-cigarette usb edapter and is the same price $10.3 (£6.90 ?)
There's plenty of power from it and no more having 3 batteries charging constantly. When the smoke gets less it's just a matter of putting in a New cart. Another bonus is that i don't think it goes through the dreaded "self clean (destruct) cycle". I had to pay about $22 shipping but i was at the point where i was going to have to buy a couple of new ordinary batteries anyway which would have cost almost the same in the UK.
Plenty of length on the usb cable, plenty of vapour constantly'cause it don't run down
The fact that it constantly gives the same power really shows up the health of your Atomisers. Some of my Atomisers that have been through the self destruct cycle and then been cleaned (by me)just don't work or hardly work. So now i know which of my atomisers have life left in them and which i can bin.
Also if i want to i can attach it to a USB Battery Pack so i could take it out with me.
I hope UK sellers will start selling these as they are very very useful.
Obviously don't know the lifespan yet but i would suggest that if you want to buy them from China buy a lot of stuff so that it makes the shipping go further as it's done by weight.
    Overall Score
    Battery Excellent

    Supplier Excellent
    Parcelforce UK Booooo...sssssssssss
