Liquid Delivery System

Hey guys!
So, I'm not much of a tinkerer or anything, but I've been thinking about this a lot lately. There seem to be two standard types of e-liquid bottles that I've seen--the "gnome" and the eyedropper. Both, in my view, have some serious problems, given the dangerous nature of the nicotine fluid we play with: The eyedropper seems to come apart if you twist off the top wrong, leaving the fluid easily spillable; the gnome, on the other hand, seems to slowly leak droplets of liquid inside its cap (I carry mine around with me throughout the day, inside of a modified cigarette pack).

What I'd like to see:
Some sort of child-proof, spill-proof niquid bottle which could be carried around on someone's person (ideally fitting into a cigarette pack-size carrying case) which 'slots' directly into a specially-made cartridge to deliver liquid. Juggling the cig, cartridge, niquid, and cap while standing or doing something else is, in my opinion, pretty inconvenient. The consensus on the forum also seems to be that whether dripping or re-filling, using other juices is the way to go (rather than buying carts). I'd like to see some sort of plug-and-squeeze system which didn't require removing the cartridge or a cap, and didn't have any danger of spillage.

Although they are glass but they are small and durable (and I hear some plastics can alter the flavor of your liquid, but I can't back that statement up).
