Relocating e-liquid in the device

Is there a way to add a cartridge or some kind of liquid container between the battery and atomizer(or maybe within a 2 piece atomizer) so when you draw, the liquid would slowly be drawn into the heating element and crate the vapor? It seems doing it like this would allow for less fluid in the mouth since it should vape it before it hits the tip and also only release fluid when there is a vacuum on the device to pull the liquid from its container.

I was thinking of this too but it may put the eliquid to close to the battery.

that would only be a concern if there was a way the liquid could fall back onto the batter...the connection there would have to be sealed. think after the new year, im ganna sit down and try to map some things out..maybe make a few prototypes.
