I want a PV the size of a pack of analogs with lighter. 1. Start with the batteries, two celphone batteries, built in charging circut, if batt low just plug in like celphone. 2. Vape bottle screws into unit with the wick in the bottle. Capillary action or gravity feed if nessessary. 3. Atomizer can be the size of a dime with a good sized wick to produce as much or as little vapor as desired. Perhaps two small instead of one large? 4. flip up vaping tube so I can adjust to my most comfortable angle. I carried analogs for years, seems to be a size we are comfortable with, would fit in a celphone holster if too heavy for shirt pocket. Would be helpful if it was modular to make changing flavors, batteries etc. easier. The larger size would allow the brilliant people in this forum far more creative capacity to design a better atomizer. Because it would not look like a analog it might ease the minds of the anti-smoker campainers, or fly under their radar. Lastly: Bigger is better... Just ask the ladies. |

I have pictures of what I want, not the knowledge or skill to build it.

No...sounds like the right forum you just struck us all with that "YEAH! ME TOO!!" ![]() Actually, there is a post in one of the modder forums that someone made exactly what you described. From scratch with some sort of molding vinyl compound. Not the cell phone batts but uses the 'fang tooth' for bottle to atty dripping and angled connection for comfort. |

Thanks killer, the sprayer looks doable for what i have here to work with. Now I need a bigger atomizer to handle bigger fuel/air mixture. Do you have any links for that? On a different note, why don't more people use cell phone batts? I have a bunch of old phones around with batteries. must be a way to charge them convienently. Nice small package. |

I know very little about bigger atomizers. Maybe: The Ultimate Atomizer, Dual 510's in an 801 shell He puts them in an 801. Never used or seen one. Apparently it's bigger. I think all you need is maybe more air intake and more power going to the coil. Maybe a longer coil. I've always wanted to see an atomizer made of this, though: ![]() (that's 10 feet long and also makes me drool a little just looking at it) Not sure why people don't use cell batts. I guess they're not round, for one. And maybe it's harder to find a nice way of charging them? You'll just have to try it out (and post all the results here!) |

Just looked at the dual 510's in a 801 frame... That is the ticket... If we could build a spiral coil, like an electric stove coil, we could get the surface area of his dual coils with one. The area benieth the coil could be the wick and the bridge would be more effective at getting the liquid to the wick. |

I spent the afternoon with my buddy the glass bender(neon) and he's in, He needs some nichrome spirals for elements. Can anyone help??? He produced a few (empty) prototype atomizer basins for us, I have them. If we can keep the tolerances tight so the elements don't touch the glass or place a wick under them, we will have a winner. |
