Default E-liquid to quickly clean atomisers

I just had a random thought while reading leafords post here the great eliquid test

Its a good point about flavour contamination in the atomiser if you often switch from one flavour to the other. As we know, some are pretty stubborn and seem to linger in the atomiser for a long time. Deep cleaning methods (boiling, steaming and so on) don't seem very practical to do if you just want to quickly change flavour..

I was thinking about an e-liquid formulated for cleaning the atomiser. Something you can use a few drops of to hopefully get rid of whatever was in it before. Maybe a mix of pure PG, distilled water, and a higher than usual concentration of alcohol. What do you reckon? Being such a simple mix it should obviously be cheap. Good idea? Bad idea? What do you reckon?

good idea but with out actually taking the flavoring off the atomiser all that would do is dilute the flavor a little and maybe cause the atomiser to burn up faster

I think the only way to get rid of the flavor is to flush it with water. The atomizer holds alot of liquid, I think it hides in the wick.

    Default 99% alcohol !

I read a post somewhere, that involved a "snot sucker" and 99% alcohol.... soaking it for five minutes or so and swishing it through a few times. i additionally use some air duster.... then let it sit for awhile.

I find this great for switching flavors and removing buildup....

although it is tough to remove lorann flavoring.
