Looks awesome! Mine comes tomorrow, couldn't be more excited! So now I'll have a 3rd Provari! Stainless satin/red, black chrome/blue, an black satin/red! I'll finally be able to use my LR dual coil cartos and attys on a Provari, score!

My black satin v2 just came in today and I'm actually on my way to my po box to pick it up as I'm writing this! I'll post some HD pics of it with the extension cap, as well as some juxtaposition shots of it and my black chrome/blue LED v1!

I'm not into the gold, it's way too ostentatious for me. I might send my black chrome out to chopper to have him strip it down to the chrome though...

If I ever bought a gold one I don't think I'd use it. And yes - choppper does awesome work.

Hmm i may be the only one when i say this but the new finish is kinda ugly compared to the old black chrome. It kinda makes the provari look a little cheaper and shows less of the sharp machined design. At least it should last though and i guess that matters more.
