I think contacting customer service would be prudent in this case.

If I have problems with any of mine I just pack it up, include a message with what's wrong, and the original order no, and send it back. It's under warranty for at least one year. JMHO

    Interesting.

I am communicating with Provape and hope to find out that it is something simple and I do not have to send it back.

Thank goodness I do have a backup. Not a Provari, but a backup non-the-less.

It breaks my heart that I connot use it at this time.

Checkout this page which talks about how to clean the ProVari.

    .

Sometimes juice can get into the unit and this can cause strange behavior.

    .

Try doing the Isopropyl flush using some 99% Isopropyl. If you cannot find 99% then it's ok to use 92%. Pour in about a full shot glass amount and swish it around. Then let it dry completely before inserting the battery again.

    .

If this doesn't help we can arrange to have a look at it and see what's going on.

Well, I sent it in and got it back and all is now good again.

I still have no idea what was wrong, but it's fixed now!

    Thank you Provape!
