    Default Provari Mini ... Please tell me your's is reliable

    I just got my Provari Mini in today, and within three hours the second digit on the display went out. No error code, no other problems, just no second digit. Please tell me this is not common. While I don't mind paying the premium one bit, I will mind if this is what it is like owning one. It just can't be common. If it was, it wouldn't have the great reputation it does. I have contacted Provape, but don't know what they are going to do for me yet...

    I realize any and every company will produce a faulty unit every now and then. It's just not avoidable. But that is the logical part of my brain that tells me that. The emotional part is really frustrated that I paid a premium, and instead of enjoying my new PV, I am now figuring out what to do about it. Eh, that's life I guess. I was all pumped to quit smoking this time too. My story here.

    Anyway... anyone else had issues like this? I'd really like to hear how rare this is.

    I'm sorry to hear about this and I feel for ya. I have had my Mini for two weeks now with no issues. I'm sure the fine folks at Provape will take care of you.

    Provape customer service is fabulous, so just email them and they will make it right. I have had no issues with mine either. bnrk
    APV/MOD Safety- Never use non rechargeable batteries, they can explode! DO: Use protected or safer chemistry rechargeable batteries for your specific model. Rest batteries off charger before use. Do first 3-4 second button push AWAY FROM YOUR FACE. Safety first :)

    Awesome. Thanks, guys. I can't wait to get this sorted out.

    I seriously was checking the tracking about every 20 minutes to see if it was waiting for me at home yet.

    Sure hope this works out. And quickly.

    No issues here, had it since they first hit the market months ago very reliable.

    ProVape will take care of it. While the Provari carries a premium price, their service is amazing. I own three Provari VVs and have never had a problem with a single one of them.

    Bought my mini @ 12:10 the night they came out. No issues. Use the warranty, they ship amazingly fast.

    I own two, and they have had no problems. I know this must be terribly frustrating for you. Provape will take care of you, unfortunately you will be without it while they fix the issue...
