Icon discontinued?

Hi there,

Was on facebook today and noticed you have a link up to the icons dented, damaged or refurbished units. I'd buy one right now if I could, but lack the funds.

Anyway, when I went to the site it says you are discontinuing them?

I'm somewhat disappointed as I was thinking about getting one in a few months. Any plans to replace this model with something similar?

I got my legacy and love it, but there are times when I need the small form factor.

Hey Vape Nerd ...

The ICON has been replaced by the LEGACY Mini ... Universal Switch & Adapters for standard & mini was the main reason. We'll soon be out of stock on Standard's and trying to keep both type's of LEGACY in stock at all time + making the ICON still would just be incredibly difficult for our shop to keep up with.

I don't mind putting a scratch & dent ICON on hold for you until you have the funds to purchase Just say the word

Cashmere that is very kind of you. The fact is though I don't know exactly when I would have the money and wouldn't want you to not make a sale on my account. My wife is already doing a lot of complaining about my vape purchases lol.

The legacy mini might do the trick for me, but I guess was thinking the icon is much slimmer?? Having never held one, I don't know but the photos made it look great as a pocket device. One benefit of the legacy mini is it's a good fit with the tanks though. I guess it's all a trade off.

Anyway, I do love the legacy. I'm able to take it apart, clean, lube etc all by myself and I'm not very handy.

The ICON is quite a bit slimmer than the LEGACY. 14500 vs 18350 battery. Think AA size when thinking of the ICON, and same thickness as the LEGACY standard when it comes to the mini!

I've been wanting an Icon for over a year, practically since I started vaping. Just on a lark today I went to the site, saw the scratch & dents and snarfed one right up. I feel very lucky I didn't snooze right through it!

I received my ICON today, feel like I got the deal of the century. It's a beaut. Reason I came to get it is that it's one of the few APVs left that can perform as a native 801 with its 801 top cap. I'm kicking it old school as I write this, and again feeling lucky. I now own one of the true iconic devices of vaping.
