Bad 801 Pen Style Atomizers from Pure Smoker

I got 15 801 atomizers from GuangZhou LeJe Electronics - a store I stumbled upon while Googling around last March. Over 6 or so months, I've gone thru 6 of them, so it appears they've lasted about a month each, more or less. I ordered the silver ones from PS because I thought they'd look cool with the Prodigy.

Currently, GuangZhou only carries the white color. I like colors, so I just placed an order with East Mall for 15 more, plus 100 ml of that fantastic fruity "Red Bull" juice they carry. I'm stocking up just in case things get difficult to come by.

Michelle, to answer your question, I didn't try each one right when I got them. As one would die, I'd pull out another one. No, I don't clean them. I let them drain occasionally, blow them out with tissue in the open side, but I don't run water thru them or boil them.

I am experiencing the same problem expressed by the OP with 801's from PureSmoker. I ordered 25 as part of their bulk order discount (no warranty period). They appear to be genuine SLB 801 atomizers. On my 6 volt device, I can kill one of the PS attys in less than four days; sometimes in one day. Conversely, with no change to my vaping habits, I can run a BE112 for a couple of weeks.

I'm kind of disgusted. This past June, when I got my Prodigy and USB PT from Pure Smoker, I also purchased 18 pen style/801 atomizers. At around $10 each, that's about $180 spent on atomiers. I figured they would get me through at least a year. However, within a couple days of use, every single one of them has died. .

Then here Prodigy reviews you say: I've used it for 3 days now. Same 801 atomizer- no problems.

Which is it???

I've used the 801 attys from PureSmoker as well, with the Janty Stick, no problems at all.

I'm with you Kate. ...No problems from the MANY I have bought.

That's why I'm trying to understand the OP posting 2 different stories. One where she had NO problems with the same atty for the first few days of using her Prodigy. Another where she posted she went through 18 in 2 days.
