2-4 Hole Pilot Atomizer Question
Hi All., I noticed the black atomizer for the pilot states it has 2 holes and the brass one has 4. I ordered the black starter kit and it seems to be fine but am I missing out on anything without the 2 extra holes? Has anyone tried both and could maybe give a comparision? It would be much appreciated, Thanks...~Lane

i should have gotten a brass with my last order, just to see for myself. i have heard from someone that the difference is slight and barely noticeable, but it has a slightly easier draw.... ive been waiting for spikey to comment since she said she has both

The more holes the easier the draw, however, you sacrifice volume of vapor. You will get more air combined with the vapor with a 4-hole, whereas a 2-hole has less air combined with the vapor.

Thx for the reply Jim... I have 2 of the black ones as of now, I think i'll grab a brass one and check it out w/ my next order also. If anyone else wants to comment feel free.. Maybe this thread should be moved to the review section???

Thats what i figured whacker, I do prefer vapor over air so I guess we'll see

that may not be true if the holes were half the size(not saying that is the case). 4 smaller holes instead of 2 larger may give more even flow? reduce chance of clogging? this is all theory and speculation on my part...

Is it too late to nab a 2 hole black atomizer? Do you have any left at all?
