Hi guys... im kinda new to this and ive been doing alotta research for a few weeks.. and so i finally decided to join and start posting some questions... many threads end up mentioning you steve, and how well you run puresmoker.com...

i'm looking for the pilot m401 starter kit, matte black.. but its not on your site. I was wondering how to get it from your site? I saw that it was on the UK site e-cigs.co.uk... but i live in toronto and dont want the shipping to be too pricey.

So, Steve, how would i buy this from you?

Hey Big ...

Unfortunately, the Pilot (M401) wasn't too popular, and we lost a shipment to customs - thus resulting in us not carrying it anymore.

I would normally recommend dietSMOKES.com for your M-series needs, however, he seems to be out of stock.

Next best bet is LiteCigUSA (found at LitecigUSA) He carries all 3 versions of the M-series (M401/402/403) plus a hybrid kit like we used to carry!

Wow, I've never wittnessed someone that sells any kind of product point a customer in another direction, instead of pushing one of thier own products on them. That's what I love about puresmoker.

We did this regularly at my job if we couldn't provide what the customer was asking for. It's good business. People will come back to you next time when they want something you DO have. I've seen it happen repeatedly, and people will tell you flat-out that's why they're back. Of course, my last day is tomorrow due to downsizing, but I blame that on the owner for not advertising or keeping up with tech and not modernizing/diversifying stock. Breaking into the 21st century would've helped (we still used old-fashioned cash registers and fax machines to communicate between store locations).

I checked for the PTs 3 times today THere was a tweet that they had a very limited stock today and I tried but they were already sold out apparently-as I couldnt get them in my cart but they shipped out a WHOLE bunch of protegys today including my prodigy and protegy. I too have been SO impressed with both of them. Very good on the customer service casey!!

I already have a Prodigy, which I am MORE than satisfied with. But now I see the Protégé and I can't help but wonder, is this an improved version? If so, I want! What's the difference? Any amateur user reviews here?
